Create an award definition


Award definitions define what should be included in the award 

In the award-definition you define the statistic on which the award is based, the bands and modes which should be included in the award as well as other selection criteria for the selection of the QSOs which qualify for the award.

To create or modify an award definition select:

This opens the Create / Modify Award dialog:

On the left side all the existing award definitions are listed. There are private and standard definitions. You can't modify standard definitions but you can save a modified standard definition as private definition.

The right side contains the award definition. The fields are explained hereafter.

Press New to create a new Award definition.

Award-definition

Name:

Name of the definition displayed in the lists. This field is read only until you start to modify the definition

Descr.

Description, an optional field which can be used to describe the definition in more detail.

Statistic:

This is the statistic on which the award is based. Select the statistic from the drop down list. Click the down arrow to display the statistic list.

Modes and Bands

Select the modes and bands which should be Included in the award. 

To arrange the display order of modes and bands you can drag and drop them in the order you want them displayed. Here's how:

Events and Own QTHs

Events and Own QTHs are used to restrict the QSOs included in the award. Only QSOs which belong to the selected Events and Own QTHs are included (selected). If nothing is selected all QSOs are included.

Now press Save to save the new Award definition.
